It is important to note that Mojo's is no longer trading as a
shop but rather a pickup location. You are still able to purchase over the
counter or place lay-bys if you need, but we do not have a shop where you can
browse.
Due to the saturation of retail suppliers, increase production
of diecast models, EBay selling, website companies, price gouging and now the
current financial climate has made it impossible for Mojo's to continue
trading as before.
Mogo is a small tourist village located along the Princes Highway, 10kms south
of Batemans Bay, NSW.
Mogo, being a tourist town means that Mogo's Mojo has a very
seasonal traffic flow, catering
for hundreds of customers one week and just a few the next.
Mogo's Mojo's trading hours reflect the irregular trading patterns and therefore it
is advisable that you ring or email prior to making Mogo's Mojo a journey
destination.
Mogo's Mojo's regular trading hours are:
10.30am to 5.00pm Wednesday to Saturday.
Closed:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and
Public Holidays.
At times when Molly Mogo, the village witch, is having a bad hair day, the
ClockTower Arcade may close it doors earlier than 5.00pm. This only
happens when the village has
been abandoned after 4.00pm so Mojo's
may close at 4.30pm. That of course is on the
days we are open. Confused? Give us a call or drop us a line.
Mogo's Mogo is managed by Barrie a hardened collector of diecast models who
needed more space to house his collection and thought a shop would be the ideal
place.
As my wife and I have many commitments we find ourselves called away from time to time and
have no choice but to close Mojo's during these periods.
It is for these reasons that we strongly advise that you do contact us to ensure
we will be open when you are planning a visit.
Planned closures due to commitments: ........
None that I can think of at present, not
until March 2009 at least.
Any collector intending to collect a lay-by or pre-order
is advised to call us first so we can be sure to minimise any delays.
